Why you need a coach from one very famous and wise person

“Everyone needs a coach. We all need people that give us feedback. That’s how we improve.”

These are wise words from a very, very smart man, Bill Gates.

But, no matter how smart you are, sometimes it is better to get help from someone who is an expert in what you need help with.

There are all kinds of coaches, but I happen to coach and counsel primarily lawyers from law firms and companies about career and work-related concerns.

  • I help them to make smooth career transitions inside or outside the practice of law.
  • I help them to build books of business.
  • I help them to maximize their value in their current organizations.

If you truly are stuck or need help moving your career forward, ask yourself: “If I keep waiting to make a change — or once in a while spend time on the changes I know I want to make — what are the implications to my career and to my life in general?”

Take advice from one of the smartest men on the planet, Bill Gates, and find yourself a coach. It will ultimately save you time, money, and from possibly making a mistake that could be costly down the road.
