Progress in Work creates a unique, customized program to address the individual’s needs.
Our philosophy is to encourage the individual to consciously participate in and personally accept the shaping of his or her own career. More specifically, we teach the individual how to assess and act on self-knowledge, opportunities in work, education, and hobbies, to identify and obtain their goals.
Progress in Work can provide a few sessions to address a specific work or career issue (such as preparing a resume, teaching networking skills, specific job search strategies, interviewing skills, evaluating job offers and salary negotiation) or provide a more dynamic process to address psychological and therapeutic issues that might be impeding work satisfaction. In addition, for those who seek to start their own business, Progress in Work can provide directed assistance.
Progress in Work uses various standard assessment instruments to assess personality, work-style, aptitudes, skills, interests, values, and motivations. Furthermore, autobiographical and self-reporting data are used to gather relevant information to assist in the career counseling process. Progress in Work is certified in numerous career assessments.

It is designed to reflect the uniqueness of lawyers. It can be used to point lawyers towards areas of law practice they are likely to excel in and enjoy, as well as tell them how to draw on their natural abilities to manage their practices.
